before anyone asks thats english sage on top not pepper. amd i'm making them again tomorrow, and scoth eggs and tortillas. someome told me that the mango chutney is spot on with BBQ ribs. i even made peanut butter today and added honey instead of sugar...calls for toast and a nice cup of tea

Yes...p-nut butter with honey, excellent on toast, as is Marmite and peanut butter.....peanut butter and mango chutney is another good spread for toast/bread, and agree with the M/Chutney and BBQ meats only last week i ate that, infact its what you have with Tandoori cooked meats in curry houses.

Another outstanding dinner last night.
Dean's special "Dealers Choice" Quiche (well, I'm not sure if that is the exact name, Dean asked me what kind of quiche I wanted to order, I replied: 'up to you, dealers choice'). It was excellent. I highly recommend it ++)(* .
Accompanied by a mixed green salad with garden fresh tomatoes, followed by pie ala mode for desert. :D
Thank you Dean.

glad you enjoyed it, i always like quiche freash as it realy only keeps a couple of days, but i only need about one hour to make one so give me a call if you need one and you can pick it up still hot.the sausage rolls are going to be limited this week as i underestimated how much people like them strait out of the oven, sold more than 100 last week so i'm going to double up my meat order just to keep up , i sold out the other day so i made a second batch, and sold out again. i also decided to close on sunday as the wife is looking tired. heres a question for you lads, next week i'm getting some indian curry in from trevor at the irish clock, had a taster of one last week and bugger me it was good. i've also got bacon and ham comming, just orderd a couple of kg of each just to test out but it does come highly recomended.and i would have had a menu for freash filled subs and sandwiched.... but the printer decided to throw a wobbly. also making more seating outside . thanks for everyones support with my new project ,i've been meeting a lot of new faces lately and feels good not to be around my bar too much(much better for my health too). oooh its sunday :) andy not doing lunch at chris's yet

Popped into see Dean today .... He had something new on the menu that might be of interest the "Brits" ....
Bangers and mash in a pie!!!! ....
To you uneducated farangs not of UK origin ;) It's a LARGE pie .... It has mashed potato on the bottom .... It then has a layer of pork thin sasauges and finally topped caramelised onions(fair-ground style) before baked!!!
2 thumbs up for that one!! VERY tasty!! ++)(* ++)(*
