Does Papa Farangs carry Jimmy Dean style breakfast sausage?
There're 3 kinds of men: A few learn by reading. Some who learn by observing. The rest have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.

sorry but not available.although i have made jimmy dean clone before, quite a complicated recipe for a sausage and was well recived.the guy that makes sausages for me is very helpfull so i will have a chat with him to find out how much minimum mix he can do. i will make up a premix of the spices for him and will let you know if i can have it made. i used to make sausage patties out of it,and must say it was great with english muffins for breakfastalidar wrote:Does Papa Farangs carry Jimmy Dean style breakfast sausage?

Ok don't shoot the messenger I'm just re-posting from the other side....FWIW...realbigmonkey wrote:i never started pointing fingers at anybody about it,why would i try to slurr anybody else..for what reason ? i have been making subs for 5 years "udons original and best" philly cheese steak is my logo, and proud of it too.we produce good products at the best prices. if someone makes bad business ideas its nothing to do with me. up to them. last time this came up i was shocked to find people thought i was making problems.pointing a finger in the direction of everbody saying " i know who it is, but i wont say" is good marketing, but its very unhealthy bussines practice, not Professional at all. being a guy of good heart is wish everybody good luck with thier business..but if it fecks up stop trying to slander and blame other people.

dont worry papa g. last time grassing was talked about it turned out people pointed the finger at me. my point is..if someone thinks they have been graased up, and they say they have proof of who it was...please post the info..then everybody will know who it is, instead of letting people guess who did it.guessing just lets bullshite get thrown around at all business owners not just me. so could the real grass please stand up and be counted.if people have the bollicks to grass people ,they they should have the nuts to say "yes it was me". i've got enough on my plate without this crap rearing its ugly ill-imformed total waffle going on...meanwhile,back at the ranch..much bread is being baked and happiness is all around. tortillas, muffins, white bread ,brown bread ,apple turnovers ,choux pastry, and lots more.my diets up sh*t creek..Papa G wrote:Ok don't shoot the messenger I'm just re-posting from the other side....FWIW...realbigmonkey wrote:i never started pointing fingers at anybody about it,why would i try to slurr anybody else..for what reason ? i have been making subs for 5 years "udons original and best" philly cheese steak is my logo, and proud of it too.we produce good products at the best prices. if someone makes bad business ideas its nothing to do with me. up to them. last time this came up i was shocked to find people thought i was making problems.pointing a finger in the direction of everbody saying " i know who it is, but i wont say" is good marketing, but its very unhealthy bussines practice, not Professional at all. being a guy of good heart is wish everybody good luck with thier business..but if it fecks up stop trying to slander and blame other people.

hey, my recipe doesn't have the ginger and nutmeg, and is supposed to be a clone. though it does have MSG *****
the spices are slowly making there way here, but slowly. unless doing a lot of home cooking, they are expensive and go to waste, as some don't keep well, dried, and i'm always throwing fresh herbs away. i make my own, lot of home cooking since out of town, but so much easier just to get from Dean, when in the neighborhood. i / CC, should break down and buy a proper freezer, but i like experimenting, then when the trash bin is full, well now the dog can eat the 'oops', i get to just pop open a back Dean's big boys.....

yep L.A i will when i get the time start making small air tight containers of the herds and spices, cheap to buy in bulk but you end up wasting 99%, i can buy a kilo at a time and most people only need a gramm or two at a time...cloves are a good example, strong spice where you need 3-4 for a recipe but you need to buy 20,000 of them.so most go to waste, and who needs a kilo of oregano?UdornLA wrote:hey, my recipe doesn't have the ginger and nutmeg, and is supposed to be a clone. though it does have MSG *****

If your using frozen ones, let them defrost first, no prior cooking is required.
