sorry about lack of pictures lads, but i dropped my camera and a stupid piece of plastic broke off about 1mm sq,now the battery housing wont lock.never mind .good excuse to look for a new one hehe. " honey i broke my camera, can i have some money for a new one ? ".lets see how that washes with the wife
anyway been a busy chap even with one hand buggerd...pickles pickles pickles, new batch of pickled onions and they bite back, beetroot, piccalilli, mixed veg with jalapeanos and garlic . tomorrow bread and butter pickles. come in at 24 oz jars. also made more apple fruitcake with captain morgan, normaly 50baht a slice but buy a whole fruitcake for 380 baht(14 slices) and its only 28 baht a slice..nice with a cup of tea for supper, talking of tea...tetly now down to 200 baht for 100 bags.
a bit of news came my way the other day...have to keep hush about it, but soon imported goods will come crashing down in price, lucky for me they still cant beat my price on pies or sausages ++)(* . but going through thier price list today...shockingly cheap...no scary cheap. imported rib eye steak 405 baht a kilo, cider 80 baht for 500ml, even black stout for 90 baht a can.bad news is you all have to wait a few months  , good news is they dont sell bread or sandwiches :) . dont ask as i would have to kill you.ooh udon getting all civilised

i did that once with a cheapo film camera and think i had to wrap duct-tape around end of the unit to hold door shut  well good deal, so papafarangs is going to be the supplier for baked goods at the new villa. been to that branch in patters and just assumed they had their own in-house bakery like tops but space is certainly at a premium on those new premises. :?: nice to see someone who works hard getting a little recognition there.

well back to villa market today, looks like they will be working around the clock to get ready for tomorrows opening, must be 100 people filling shelves.cheese lovers paradise, finaly i can get my hands on chick peas, lentils and much more. humus, tzatziki and for you yanks something called cheese whizz whatever that is? :()(
Provolone ,Monterey Jack . parking is ok if you have a saloon car but would be a nightmare in a big pick up. they have by far the largest imorted range of products i have ever seen in thailand. and they still have only half the shelves filled. they will be having some special offers for opening but i'm not sure what . i will of couse be stocking some of my products there and have arranged to get discount on the products i buy for them. looking forward to seeing how well it does, and soon i will be opening a freash cut sandwich bar within the store. happy days.
