well good news, my sausage guy has got it together,he got some bacon samples to me yesterday, stunning stuff, brined smoked then air dried, streaky or middle back, plus ham off the bone, gammons and boiling bacon too.sorry no picture of the back bacon as we ate it already. and best of all will come in 250-300g packs with 8 rashers
no shinkage or white scum when you cook it,and the taste of natural smoke, yummy.delivery a week monday but maybe sooner. will let you know when in, and we will have a day of free bacon butties with every cup of tea

Fine looking neuua muu. Love bacon & ham. Reminds me of a poem by the late Ogden Nash.
'The Pig'
The pig, if I am not mistaken,
Supplies us sausage, ham and bacon,
Let others say his heart is big--
I call it stupid of the pig.
Ogden Nash
Stupid or not, ham & bacon are pig's gift to mankind. Sausage is right up there as well.

Dean, what time do you open for breakfast? I will be picking up a friend at the airport around 08:30 on Monday and he likes a good breakfast.

Dean, can we add a sausage and some baked beans, extra cost of course?
