no problem cali, threads always wander of the path of righteousness (had to look that spelling up). but bussiness wise here is an example , a guy buys a bar last week in soi sampham.
price of bar. 0 baht
price of fittings fridge ect. 0 baht
rent. 1 year contract 120,000 baht.
i know quite a few places in soi samphan where i could just pay the rent and walk in,fully furnished and fitted out, i think we have reached way pass saturation point in town and now rather than just keep losing money people just are renting as no more buyers for bars are showing up.i went to day and night a couple of weeks ago,i remember when it first opened,not bad,full of life.now what a dump,seemed dirty and deserted with a few old hags hanging in there. only place doing ok was the scotsman, a few lads sitting having a chit chat ,no girls. ian knows what hes doing and doing it well.
its like i said to a customer,if i sold papa farangs it would have to be to a baker,if i made sausage i would have to sell to a butcher, if i sold booze it would have to be to a pisshead :lol: .
anyway back on track,i'm bored someone give me an idea of what to make for my dinner tonight? or maybe i will just look at "what you having for dinner tonight" thread for some ideas...by the way my diet starts today

come out of the original tesco you have to turn left, first set of lights turn right keep going you will see a 7/11 on your left carry straight ahead until you see a large 2 story tessaban building on your right,turn left here theres a sign for the retreat and an army sign, carry on until you see a number of units on your right hand side look for one with an orange canopy,if you get to the englishman retreat you've gone too far.

Papa, how often do you make fresh potato salad? I would like to drop by and give it a try.

every, 2-3 days. someone sugested i post what we plan to make each day,but i think it would drive you all crazy me posting every hour, todays produce is potato salad,brown loaves,panini,pita bread, burger buns, 40 pizza base, and when thats finished a rather large pile of indian samosas to be done
