morning all yesterday was a test run ,sunday lunch is now buffet style,just help yourself to whatever you want... 3 yorkshires..not a problem.and pudding thrown in too. yesterday was sponge pudding with golden syrup and custard. better for staff and customers. better get to work Bubba need his biscuits. good to see you yesterday ralph.

seems it was a big hit with customers, no more bigger/smaller requests,everybody getting just what they wanted,easy for my staff too.i can't decided next week baked rice pudding with mango puree or pumpkin pie with cream or chocolate sponge with custard . yum yum
