FRIDAY COD AND CHIPS
Friday this week we start cod and chips, with peas , bread and butter a couple of pickled onions and mug of tea
all in for 320baht.

Busy morning......soup soup soup..its Like a soup kitchen today .also forgot to say,Shopping deal of the Day are english weetabix 100 baht for 24, and Jamaican ginger cake 400g piece for .100baht. And sorry no tortillas till after 4 pm.....Bubba cleaned me out this morning.

cut some up to sell to customers so they can eat at home, medium or large 100-180 per piece.

sunday lunch
this weeks lunch will be
chicken, leek and potato soup with bread.
beef cottage pie.
buffet salad bar.
jamacian ginger cake and custard.
220 baht

got it sussed lads, someone gave me the recipe and method to make crispy laos bread, near impossable to find on the internet and tried every which way with no success at at all, new recipe seems bang on,so made a sandwich, sauce made with rice wine ,soy sauce and oil, no fish sauce. but spot on...crunch crunch. have to see how long they stay crusty for now, out the oven for 2 hours and still crusty...crunch crunch.

Do you think they will freeze? if so I will have 12 tomorrow with my other order

they will frreze perfectly, not sure if they will soften after, but if you have a small oven 3-4 min in a hot oven and they will be crispier than a day and night girls knickers
