up early again, funny but so busy, time to make money....but can't wait till its over. anyway mince pie's on the go this morning...plus for all you of the northen American persuasion ....blueberry pies. girls worked until the early hours getting sausage rolls ,apple turnovers and large fruit pies done. and apparently the 34 pork pie's we made yesterday need doing again. oh the old days when I just had to open bottles of beer to make a crust, do I miss them NO F##kING WAY.

Well done to Dean and all his family/staff, they are doing a sterling job, popped in yesterday for a top up of supplies and although the Sunday lunch was not on the menu, a wonderful and very filling Ploughmans was and hit the spot just right.
Enjoy Christmas Dean and family and staff and see you in the New year For a resupply

well now christas is out the way I find I kept back too many cheeses, bad calculating as the dinner was so big not a lot of people could fit anything more in their bellies , so a dozen of nice treat cheeses going for grabs, also some quality street chocolates left, so rather than let them go to one person I split them up into nice bags and priced them accordingly ...I'm sick of cheese, chocolate and mince pies . but I guess some of you still want to have a bit more  to do

due to public pressure I gave in and now all papa's meat pies come with a puff pastry top and short crust bottom, the guys that have tested them all gave the thumbs up as soon as the pasties are finished I will start making them with puff too. and still the best quality and value anywhere in udon at 75 baht.

all ready on the job, got English style apple pies done today, nice fruity apple with a touch of cloves, cherry crumble is nice but not impressed with the canned cherries here, peach crumble is a possibility
