well yesterday was the last roast dinner for a while, hot season on it's way ,even though we have a nice cool shaded area ,when the heat gets up it's time for a change, so next week we move to a ploughman's lunch, pork pie, sausage rolls,cheese,and pickles ect.
one thing I made yesterday was cauliflower cheese bake which goes very well with just about anything, woke up this morning with an urge for more.
also Danish pastry is getting better every time, still have a couple of pieces of blackberry and apple left from lunch, so I will make more as every customer had some, and every customer left with more for takeaway.
