and you would be correct . im casual friends with the girls who run the burger-mobile and the # of customers

they serve every evening is in the single digits . we/I were talking about them getting a stall at preecha as

When the Pool League starts up again a Tuesday would probably be the best night to being doing business in town. I'm not sure of the number of teams entered this season yet but I would estimate somewhere between 70-90 players plus entourage floating around.
Might be worth a try.

I don't think it ever opened at Precha. She moved on to greener pastures........smart gal.

I think a quality burger at Precha, not a 35 baht one, as I ate 3 of them one time before I got back home, and only lived 5 kms away. Ok for a mere 35 baht, sort of like McD, but actually tastes like something. A TJ's burger would do good, some fries and other items to compliment the burgers, and I think would be successful. ++)(*

RULES
first come up with an idea.
then come up with a killer product.
make sure it's reasonable cost and profit
keep overheads to a minimum 5%> running (rent, electric, gas, fuel)
don't waste time placing it with no foot traffic.
don't limit yourselves to one type of customer ( whale blubber won't work as not many Inuit around)

I don't know how much the burger girls sell for, but if they have the best burger at the best price they would sell 3x as many

yea, you'd think if DN got any traffic, that a burger cart would work, as I don't think many box bars offer grub. Burger and beer while chit chattin and only steps away seems logical.

BUT...........apparently a bit shy of foot traffic and punter at DN.

With SeaSide, Samphan Chippy, and Clock all offering burgers, w/AC or comfy seating, cold beer, and different enviroment........maybe they should switch to SomTam, sticky rice and grilled chicken. The staff at DN got to eat somewhere. I've yet to see a ST / SR / GC cart go bust.........

So........OT..........find a place to park your Flying Naan mobile yet and what's the business hours out at the house / shop....???

Not a fan of Indian, but that tandoori chicken was looking tasty all wrapped up in naan...... :)

Oh, definitely the lower one for me, readers! I love the tang of a fresh onion as I bite into my burger, you don't get that with a tasteless MacDonalds.

that first one is not a McD Earn, although i make you right bottom for me too, if you do like fresh oninon on your 'good meaty' burger pop into a whetherspoons, soft drink(or bottomless filter coffee) and burger(with chips) £ 4.49., real burgers, real onions, real sauce.real good.
