Yes, I've seen Pukka pies in Tops, "small tight dark place" in Hawaii;o)

everywhere in the uk has pukka pies, but only Thailand and Laos have pukka pickles :lol:
pukka is a slang word meaning tasty in the uk
Pukka (Hindi पक्का, Urdu پكّا pakkā) is a word of Hindi and Urdu origin, literally meaning "cooked, ripe" and figuratively "fully formed", "solid", "permanent", "for real" or "sure". In UK slang, it can mean "genuine" or simply "very good";
but for obvious reasons I cant call mine pukka pie's :mrgreen: :lol:

oh if anyone is I'm making the low salt/honey breads today. English dark brown, French village and whole wheat. all much better for you if you need less salt /sugar in your diet. ready at 1.30 pm

FYI Dean incase you weren't aware, Los Amigos is apparently sold. It must be possible still to sell a successful business in Udon. Food for thought .... Pun intended :)

sunday lunch club as usual, especially good on these cold days :D . also can confirm Terry does roast dinners on Wednesday evenings which sound good to me, why do we have to have roasts on sunday, roasts are good anytime :up: all the meats beef ,lamb ect... and only 200 baht from 6 pm, give him a call about it

very nice relaxing weekend, got some proper thick cut marmalade done, and cakes make this morning, carrot cake, lush chocolate beetroot cake , and caramel apple cake mmm yum yum. sorry just needed to try a piece , made to order, and very reasonable price 200 baht for 8 big slices or 4 WTF slices :lol:

hi guys, seems no one booked sunday lunch this week, so I was going to have a day off, but then my belly started rumbling , then a customer said "Toad in the hole" ....mmmm yummy , so i'm going to take life easy and make myself a propa one in a giant yourkshire, will post later just to get you all drooling over your keyboards
