lunch with a bit of Italian today, fresh ravioli with butter garlic sauce or meatballs in tomato sauce. something different ,and I just want to play with the pasta machine and ravioli press. also sage and onion sausage rolls now back in stock and short crust mince pies ready too

nice weather. time for Hot soup, Hot roast dinner, Hot steamed sponge pudding with Hot custard. better get to work then.

warning gents, due to selling a ridiculous amount of pies and pasties this weekend we find ourselves out of stock of just about everything, but don't panic yet ,I will be slaving away today trying to replenish the stock, so if you are in need of a pie could you please wait till tomorrow, I will however have traditional Cornish pasties and sage and onion sausage rolls hot out the oven later today . bread wise I will have fresh bread out the oven by mid day, French village and the delicious dark brown whole wheat that's fast turning into the best selling loaf

ooh blurry morning, last nights meeting of the anti pool league was enjoyable as usual, a couple too many leos were consumed , I decided to call it a night when talk turned into garbled mumbling , you would have got more sense out of a telly tubby while on LSD, a bit like trying to understand a drunk Irishman while your sober, when someone asks me "what time you closing " and i reply " minced buff" it's time to stop drinking .
so back to today. more pies to be made, minced beef and onion (like an aussie pie but with meat inside ) and steak and kidney, one thing slowing it down , my big fat hangover and the fact I got to make 8kg of puff pastry to make first :drunk: ok one more cup of tea and crack on I think.
so if you fancy a oven fresh pie and chips ,see you for lunch.

good morning chaps. well today more fresh Cornish pasties, and got some fresh jalapenos left over so something I have been dying to try is a bacon, cream cheese and jalapeno pizza, so we will go with them as the special today.

Not sure about the pizza thing, but sounds like it would go great on a bagel;o)
