I spoke to Aey today. She wants to make sure she has enough turkey for those that want it. She is requesting people that are wanting the turkey set to call and make a reservation.

She explained that if someone only wants the special set "Roasted Turkey,Stuffing,Turkey Gravy" (200bt), they can have the mashed potatoes from the buffet line. Mashed potatoes are included in the set price.

She also stated to that she would start service at 5:00pm.

I will inform you that on thanks giving day no have turkey set
Because of in america have bird flu disease
So Thailand don't import turkey from america now no have imported turkey in thailand
But I will serve roasted chicken in buffet at the same price 199 THB
I'm terribly sorry for this pròblem

We use big sized chicken like this

So, it seems the 'special set', extra 200THB is off the menu and the total price in 189 with reservation or 199 without reservation. Of course, I could be assuming the wrong thing.
