Actually for a pack rat such as myself, it has been extremely successful. Self storage is very successful in the US and have a friend in Holland that is currently investing in storage units. To many of us just can't "let go" making the venture viable. If offering small units at reasonable rates, could be attractive for the regular visitor or tourist;o)
