Isan real estate.
Hi all,
Mods, if you think this is not appropriate feel free to delete, however we do wish to become a sponsor in the near future and we will contact you or vice a versa.
As our company has been mentioned in a thread above, we'd just like to reassure members that you do have a new professional alternative if considering buying or selling within the immediate region.
After getting screwed around by so called agents and those full of wind and promises, we spent 6+ months researching the market and what changes are needed.
3 weeks ago, we launched our new exclusive company Isan Real Estate. We have invested a considerable sum of money, established excellent contacts, created a very professional user friendly website and developed a simple yet effective business model.
No need to pay 1 baht for any marketing, travel, listing fees, pictures, feature images, monthly upkeep, etc., Those days are gone. All we ask for is a small commission at the conclusion or final sale point and that's it!
Simply put No Sale = No Fee. If we don't work for the sale and achieve a result, then we make nothing! that's enough incentive for us to get out and amongst it to find the property that you require or wish to sell.
You're welcome to visit our site http://www.isanrealestate.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. We work with you, not just for you.
Cheers all
Dingo

Re: Any good real estate agents in Udon, reccomendations nee
good luck to you Dingo , i agree most of the local " agents " are nearly useless i used to enjoy perusing ddproperty for house rentals/sales and then slowly
the agents took over the site, gobbling up all the listings. want a months rent as commission for doing nothing , can't even be bothered to take useful photos :emo:

Good luck with the Business Dingo. I hope you don't run into the same problems as FBI did. It seems Farang RE Agents are not welcome in Udon any more ...

Ern D, good luck with the new venture mate. You have a considerable amount of business knowledge under your belt, and knowing you for a number of years, I would put my trust in you. See you at Caspers Roadhouse for a chat one day, Rob.

Loki might give him a try when he's ready to sell. Could be good feed back ....

Listed on a few Thai social media / RE sites already, and got a few bites, since down from silly price, but a hard sell. Out of town, and across from a Wat. Personally not into exclusive contracts, as most want you to sign up for.
Though did think about a 6 month with IRE, since dry season coming up and a harder sell, everything will look like crap, since we don't water. Would definitely earn the commission if sold.

We have a property which needs to be sold, so might take it up.
