work never stops, New York rye ,White loaves, Apple pies. and a special order for what I call a Ramsbottom meat and potato pie. it's one I came across while just north of Manchester while purchasing pie making equipment, simple tasty pie, fried onion, minced beef and mashed potato. so I will have some for lunch today with mushy peas and gravy.

well sunday turned out busy, something about people finding great steaks at reasonable prices, or put another way , steak at burger prices. we still have a few in stock and today i need to make a steak menu , i was just going to sell frozen but we have decided to keep it as a menu item now. total was 38 steaks in two days which is quite amazing . so ordering more for Friday. Anyone wishing to buy by the kg please contact us by Wednesday morning , prices are 650 baht for striploin or 950 baht for rib eye.
yesterday I made ramsbottom pies, using angus beef. not quite what I was after but a bloody good pie, came out like cottage pie in a pie
while on the subject of pies, working towards a special deal . was going to do a bulk deal but most guys don't have freezer space and it would be a bit unfair to insist on buying 10 pies , looking to make a deal for everyone so watch this space. anyway, this is what I call a Rammy pie( Ramsbottom ) couldn't think of any other name
