Well the chips are perfected, rib eye and striploin back in stock so steak day today 230/260 baht , fresh sausage rolls from the oven , and pie sale continuing at a pace.
I thought I will be novel and serve steaks on a plate with a rim to stop juices running all over the table.... smart thinking eh ++)(*

A novel idea of serving juicy beef on a normal plate....errr good luck with that one.

After a nice day of sitting around the pool and chatting with my mates I have been persuaded to make burger patties, not any old , but Angus beef patties.
pie week offer finished , but it proved to be popular and will be returning in the future.
one thing we have trouble with is keeping up with fruit pie demand ,so today we are on the case, apple , apple blueberry and apple strawberry .

Always a fly in the ointment .... no friggin blueberries... but blackberry and apple is good anyway

You could cut up the steaks so that the ancient can just eat with a fork like our American cousins...............provide bibs as well .........lol
