steaks are part of the bistro side , people just won't let me get away without making a nice munch for them. and hey as I need to keep meat in the freezer I might as well sell it too. we are a bakery , but not a big call for meat free steak and mushroom pies or pork pies with no pork. guess gigs ain't the sharpest tool in the box . but thanks for the support gigs, just one post from you sends sales up ++)(* *****^^

but have never worked in a kitchen? open a bar, but have never

worked successfully in hospitality? people ask simple questions

or give basic feedback, and owners freak- out and get aggressive

9/10 farang businesses are disasters because they're clueless

Meat pies available, we have pork pies, chicken pies,beef pies... I know I'm baking but someone wants vegetable pasties ,should I buy vegetables ? should I go with gigs idea and offer them a loaf of bread instead that is nearly as dumb as the guy who asked why I was happy to make 100 pies in 1 hour when I could spend 4 hours making 100 pies the quality of troll stalkers I get is sad.
do me a favor mods and just take the trash out for me :rofl: or maybe just leave it so we can continue taking the piss out of them ?

Saturday steak day is here again, the day I cook them for you . striploin steak and thrice coked chips with onion rings 230baht , rib eye 260 baht .available all day. or maybe an angus burger ,double patty and chips 160 baht.
Ready today , large ,medium and small pork pies (not been frozen)

in fact, none of the other " restauranteurs" do this

the ones that resort to making all manner of outlandish
