That Burger...pinky in the middle, just right of course, but did you know all the gourmet burger joints in uk can not serve it like that anymore, thats right the Food police cracked down on burgers....jing jing.

Cracked down on what? Pinky burgers? That might explain the well to incinerated burger I had last weekend served in a brioche bun on a plank of wood

ok part of the menu now 200g ribeye philly burger 220 baht
yes the men from the ministry say they must be fully cooked now, restaurants simply wont risk it now. problem is in mass production if any bacteria get in the 100,000's of burgers can be infected. lucky for me each steak is vac packed and each burger will be made individually, and if you want pinky ,you can have pinky

Well I finally got my hands on them , hand made British sausages ,locally made with imported herbs and spices .My supplier has been making sausages for over 10 years. Normally he just makes for friends but he's been persuaded to supply me, fresh made using natural skins. I have to pack them myself, just like strait from the butchers.I've started with plain pork breakfast sausages and some Lincolnshire and will have Cumberland next week. I will pack them in approximately 500g packs and priced very reasonably @ 250 baht per kg

Nope rather put them in the freezer for sampling later , will be popping up over the w/end, will PM you with my needs/wants and desires ( only on the food front though ).......lol
