Made fresh apple, blueberry and apple pies today. Potato bake done, plus brown bread.
Fruit pies a ridiculous price of only 50 baht

I feel like rolling some chicken breast in bread crumbs and parmesan ,fry it ,then put it in a baking dish in the oven with a thick layer of mozzarella cheese and basil on top... don't know why ?



Maybe stick it in a bun ? decisions eh

Sorry, been up to my eyeballs in work here. but here's how the chicken came out. very nice. making a few for tomorrow 80b a dish . wife has been quite busy too with the pork pies..and she just knocked off and said she will make another 100 tomorrow, hopefully enough for the week

yep not many days left to the big splash. got loads to do as guys locking themselves away for a few days and traffic chaos going on out there next week. well more pork pies to get done today. also steak"n"potato bake day today or is it ribeye burger day ? chicken parmesan also available. nice weather for baking for a change, just got to clean up the mess from the storm last night first

Oh wife just reminded me , sausage rolls and yet more apple pies. Plus a little stock clearance ,due to needing a bit more space in one of the pie freezers I am clearing out the curries, just looked and not too many anyway ,just 8 jalfrezi and 5 Ceylon left . But grab a bargain as reduced to just 60 baht each.... or just today, eat in fresh naan bread, curry and rice with chicken samosas for ridiculous price of just 150 baht.
it's not that I won't make curry , just only going to make to order from now on, min order of 10

Been a great day. things worked out better than I thought . much better. left turn and full steam ahead . next few months will be a challenge, next couple of weeks will be hard work.... but worth it :dance: <:> ***** ** ++)(* ++)(* ++)(* ++)(*
