Well after being told some days ago, glad to see Dean has made it public, the move will I am sure be welcomed by many , especially for the ease of parking if nothing else . For those who have no idea where Hansa is it is on the Kut Chap Road about a kilometre or more on the RHS, easy to see and find. Suggestions is that unless you are already on that side of town, use the Ring Road and go past the Airport traffic lights and the next set of lights turn left. Due to the incompetent road works at the old Tesco traffic lights, miss all the hassle. Plus there are some benefits, going that way you also pass or are near to Tesco Nadee, Big C Nadee, and Issune ( spelling 'orrible I know ) . So that other shopping can be done at the same time, makes it more economical as it were.

I will get a map sorted but it's quite simple , go passed the Honda bigwing on the ring road and head towards kut chap , I think there is a sign there saying Hansa 1.5 km. now the easy part ,you come to a Tesco on your left and a mini Big C on your right. turn right through the big arches and we are 200m down the road on the right . and good news is it's much easier from the southern side to get to us as people can come clockwise rather than go through the fun traffic at the nong khai junction. place is a bit of a mess . best guess is about 1 week to sort it out ,although might be sooner just a few if's and but's . the shop side will only be shut down for 2 days while fridges and freezers are moved.

got some cleaning and painting to do...and i'm not cleaning the bathrooms , that's a job for a thai guy with a pressure washer

spot on AB, much easier and closer to get to . place has been unused for a bit ,wildlife has taken hold . but hey it's only cleaning. I was laughing at the disused pool out the back, must have cost someone a fortune ...and now someone has put fish in it ,1000's of them . better buy myself a net

yes these places are built but it seems locals can't be bothered with them .shame really. this place used to be a thai style steak place , the pork /chicken 89b experience. apparently did very well for a while and then changed hands ...and it was downhill from there.
I think place was also a pizza place ?
but never mind, we are not aiming at locals...unless they like pies that is  even if I have a menu it will only be a laminate A4.
we manufacture for retail/wholesale .
