oblong pie , also known as the London pies as used in pie and mash shops .I've actually got 50 of those pie tins I got from a supplier to pie and mash shops . i'm going to use them today , I made pepper steak filling and I think it will work well in those . but as it's more of a pepper steak slice I will use puff pastry top and bottom. back with results soon . oh and only 50B each

fully stocked at the moment .well sort of I will be making some cottage pies and apple pies in the morning, The wife has pasties and chicken an mushroom to make . the small oblong pies I made came out surprisingly good , nice as a cold snack pie. you can definitely taste the New Zealand rib eye in them.if you like peppered steak slices from the uk , you'll be impressed with these ++)(* just ate one ...fancy another

Pinched a bit of apple off the wife to do machine testing, a friend and I have been working on making a tart press . This is the first pressings as I've been so busy. originally designed to make Portuguese custard tarts . I thought I would try and made cinnamon apple crumble tarts. I must say a very good machine that makes pie shells with ease... I think I will make more of these they are yummy ++)(*
