good morning . well apart from baking we are now stocked up on meatballs and lasagna again. today's pie list is chicken and mushroom, and some chicken curry snack pies @ 3 for 100b .

well tomorrow kicks of with Saturday steak day . New Zealand rib eye or striploin ,grass fed and delicious 265b or 235b, also pork steak @ 149b and chicken breast steak @ just 139b. All served with roast potatoes ,Yorkshire pudding, 3 mixed veg and gravy. dished up from 12 noon onwards . limited supply as we are just starting. but call me after 9am tomorrow to book so I can make sure enough yorkies are available, everything else is easy covered except yorkies (removed the mash to get more roasties on the plate)

Sorted the restaurant issue I think . we now have a menu supplied by another local farang restaurant. nice guy called wolfgang, not sure where he's from . anyway a full thai menu . Also pizza's, wiener schnitzel ,cordon bleu. he apparently imports his salami and mushrooms direct from Europe and have been told his pork medallions with cream mushroom sauce is to die for. very reasonable prices too. I tried the thai food and it's spot on. so if your not in the mood for a steak pie with mushy peas we now have alternatives . And of course the best of all , i'm not paying 10,000b a month out for a thai cook to sit looking at facebook all day long.

meanwhile we can get on with what we do best and everyone is happy ++)(*

Yes KP sorts out a lot of work for us , pies and pastry are our thing , and it's a bit awkward to start making pizza's in the middle of making Cornish pasties and sausage rolls. Not tried his pizza yet though, but a few have and they enjoyed them. one customer of mine ordered currywurst and it came with fries and a quite delicious tomato sauce, not like ones I have had before, much richer with quarter slices of tomato in , the good thing is the customer enjoyed it .plus he wanted fresh sub roll and a couple of beers with it . so profit in it for me too … win win as far as i'm concerned . I will start taking pics of his meals . oh and the best bit , it takes 30 seconds for him to deliver so no pizza sitting in a box for 30mins before you get it

I take it, he cooks elsewhere and delivers, , hope he can cope with the demand if a few turn up.
