GRS is full 60% fat, for the younger fellas its 15% fat 50% more expensive, just ask Dino, he has the SRS put aside ( sexpat roast saturday ) and it starts at 1 PM

Pork and chicken roast today's lunch. But Christmas Ralph gave me a huge sack of pink salt . I've practiced a couple of times making ham and supprised how easy it is.didnt have time this week as the wife has injured her knee and has spent the last week resting. But hopefully I can make ham for next week which will be good,roast ham much better than roast pork I think
