Well, it's the American national dish and a shrewd Brit is claiming to have the best burger in Udon. The burger is as American as Prince Charles is British.
One of my favourites - Miss December 1968 - Cynthia Myers :happy-partydance:

Did someone mention sausages :smileylaughing: . Anyway ask yourself this, which is better, a McMucks limp burger or a fat bacon butty. And bacon burger don't count as the bacon is there only to improve a crap burger. Looks like I better get the grill plate out and dust it off and find ways of improving burgers. How about Philly cheese burgers ? Fried green peppers and onions with melted cheese, or Italian with pepperoni and marinara sauce and mozzarella.hey you could even come up with a Greek version game on as they say :happy-partydance:

The best burgers have great buns and great patties
If you ask my kids who makes the best burgers, they probably say me, same as pizzas
Now I would say not me
Lots of place in town make average to good burgers on their day maybe even great
but I have been to places here that are good one day poor the next and then good again
I put this down to the cooks and the of changing cooks and their attitudes

Guys, I just made one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever eaten. Instead of using a traditional hamburger bun, I used the larger round croissants from Big-C bakery and grilled them on one side with butter for just a few seconds. I bought beef burgers from Cheese To Meet You and remixed them with a bit of ground pork, cooked them in a convection oven and topped them with American cheese from the same place. Used mayo on one side of the bun and Dijon mustard on the other side with real lettuce and tomato in between. The taste was spectacular!

Can you buy them from your little shop?
It smells like there are cows in there.
