I recall meeting a fella named doc when I first moved to Udon in 2006. He wore cowboy boots and a bolo tie. Is this the same guy? i met him two or three times over a period of a few months, and then never again.

its a different guy or a different doc . one guy was
married and ran a internet shop w/wife near nong
prajack. i think we're getting 2-3 guys mixed up

at market meetup . making it doubly confusing
not a DOC as you say . not the same guy at all
