Friggin hot day, staff turned up so chicken and mushroom pies done , sausage rolls and a big pile of Apple crumbles. I spent the day making sure the air con was working well :happy-partydance:
Steak and mushroom pies tomorrow . pear and lychee fruit triffle on the list of to do. Plus going to make a few cheeseburger pies *****

More fresh steak and mushroom pies, more Apple crumbles (larger) steak and onion pies, trifles ,coleslaw,potato salad. Have to go out and get some chicken as chicken ham and leek pies seem popular.. and I will get around to having a club Sandwich sometime today :happy-partydance:
