You sure about The Gallery Dean? Last I talked to Kevin, this week, he said he is not opening at all right now even for delivery/takeout.

You do know that is piss poor business planning. You should have uploaded everything here, UM & Farcebook & let everyone travel from far & wide to be disappointed.

I got this marketing plan drilled in to me by an expert :laughing-rolling:

Always a problem of how much to make ,and you never know who will walk in and start saying ... I'll take the whole tray. ***** . Guess it's always been an issue with baked goods. Make too much and you can be stuck with it ,don't make enough and disappoint people . Then of course we had the business guru telling me I don't advertise ,don't market ,don't post my non existent menu ,don't do deliveries for my floundering business :smileylaughing: . . Friggin clueless moron .
Good example is yesterday made 24 cheesecakes ,within an hour someone buys 15, then sold another 3 ,then another 3 ,so if I had advertised a lot of people would be pissed off when they found out there was none left ,it's not like I can just make more in a few minutes. I wish I could.. I have been lucky during the lockdown ,things wouldn't be so rosey if I owned a bar for sure :laughing-rolling:
