Still have cheese for 360b a kg. Been catching up on the pies as cooler weather., But tomorrow I have time so cheesecakes ,custard tarts , coleslaw and potato salad to do. I will put some cheese aside for you

Got cheesecakes in stock , not seen Aussie Wayne for a couple of weeks . He's not been feeling too well.

Bleedin’ marvellous, me & The Girl just took an exceptionally long road trip to the finest pie emporium in South East Asia specifically to procure some of the best cheesecakes not sold in a high end restaurant only to see a local scurrying away laden with the last seven. SEVEN, I TELL YA *****

Different topic, I seem to recall you making some fantastically moist carrot cake with a cream cheese frosting, I think we were living in the hotel at the time so must be last year.
