One of my brothers has worked in the prison service nearly all his working life.

He's told me they do have many repeat offenders who do petty crime just to get sent back as they struggle to function in normal society and much prefer the routine and 3 meals a day lifestyle if prison.
I'd put the ********* in the army and ship them off into combat or have them cleaning up dog shite from the parks 10 hours a day!
