Friday they were doing some kind of school registration thing ??with tables and terminals everywhere but most of the time it is completely dead. sante fe grill already closed and many other smaller tenants left already. shopping at villa there's
a good chance you won't even see another customer. surely can't continue to operate like that. spoilage must be horrific. and parking may have something to do with all that

Once or twice a month into Villa for a handful of products I like that no one else in town carries. Hope they stay for a long time. One thing I haven't been able to find for awhile is Louisana style hot sauce (or crystal brand). Not sure where I bought before, have checked all 3 Tesco's in Udon, Big C, Villa, and Tops no have. Not talking about Tabasco sauce that's different.

why I suspect their dairy case is extremely sad, even the yogurt display was pathetic.

they just need to be competitive on the normal stuff, to get people in, then they can pick up the extras other don't carry or can't find elsewhere. unless on a super sale as close to expire date, not much is worth putting in the basket. and they fruit and veggie section, looks lovely, but......350 a kilo for red peppers ***** making Tops look like a discount store.

They definitely need to change there location.Parking is a pain in the backside at Landmark.
Villa Market does have a few good and different products but I only shop in there from time to time because of the location.

Have never had a problem parking at Landmark. If no spaces in the VIP always room in the parking garage. Parking at Central is more of a problem, especially on the weekends. And forget UD Town when they have the street markets.

If I'm in the neighborhood, I'll pop in, but unless making ice cream, and close, I can't see me bothering anymore. Half / Half is ฿4 cheaper than Tops, hmm, that's worth a special trip.

Our instant coffee, on sale at time for 99, Ngee Soon reg price 91. bought some today, bit different 207 at NS. VM 280, and the then 130 on sale for 99, is now 140 ..... NS .. still 91.

VM...Cumin Seeds 55g ฿54 / Makro ฿59 ...... 300g

VM .... Jif sale ฿159 .... I don't know anyone that sells it for that off sale Makro 137

chocolate piece for cookies VM 199 .... M 166

A move to UD Town may work, as I'm there about twice a month. Today I looked at discount table out front, maybe some cereal for 125 - 150 for sm box at half price, that's not a value either. As I get a large for 95 elsewhere, just corn flakes, as opposed to Bran Flakes I got at VM for 130 ish the other day.

Bought 1/2 price bagels the last time there 2 pack, freeze and take out 1 at a time when want. microwave, make soft, then toast. They were supposed to be cinnamon raisin...... really .. could of fooled me, though i think there might of been one or 2 raisins in them.... Ok, slopped some butter on the a sprinkle of cinnamon, and an OK munch w/coffee. Next time, I'll just make french toast.

I didn't even bother walking in pass the discount table.

I perfer Villa right where it is as I coincide my shopping there with my bimonthly banking at Bangkok Bank just across the street. Villa still out does any other shop for the U.S. imported items I prefer. And for an occasionly pie, pastie, or sausage roll they always have plenty of Lady Pie products.
