Brilliant, bought 10 tarts and handed them out at home and soon eaten - also a few triangle puffs for only 15 Baht each !

Well done that man, hope he succeeds <:>

Nongmum bakery has been open for just over 2 weeks and we are looking for some dedicated staff.

We currently have 6 full time and 6 part time staff but need to recruit a manager, more full time and also more part time.

Manager will be responsible for serving customers and being the cashier. They will also supervise other staff.

Part time will be making pastries and helping to bake when needed (currently we have 6 part time students who come every weekend so are looking for people who can come during the week)

Please note we are open from 8am to 8pm 7 days a week and are VERY busy. These positions will be non stop!

Salary will be in line with the national average. As a bonus we can offer accommodation for full time staff and free lunch plus dinner when working late.

Customers are 99% Thai so English not needed but a bonus.

Please call or line for P'Kan on 0885601461 or line ID KANJANA147

Thanks.

I can tell you its non stop. As we are close to many schools and university is great for younger people as part time as well as a more mature full timer.

PS if anyone likes Makro they can have my unpaid volunteer position as I'm their twice daily buying stuff. Today was good though as I had to wait near the mini bus station in central plaza for an urgent delivery...but was two hours early so got to drink loads at the smiling frog ;)

Hey Hamley I might be able to help here, can you find out what size pie tin they use, there are several sizes available in the uk all imported from china. if I have the correct size I can build a machine to match the tins. and I also have a very simple easy design pie press that would be perfect for these tarts. they don't need a lidder dies for tarts like that. i have 3 designs for pie presses and one design would be perfect test to see how the 3rd machine operates in a commercial environment. really speed up production for her and cut costs. i will need the outside diameter , base diameter and depth of tin as they seem to be several sizes some are 80mm and 25mm deep and others are 70mm x 20mm deep. can't tell that kind of difference just from a pic. she might end up being my second customer, yes i have already sold a machine in Thailand. last time i was there, and the staff were over the moon after 3 minutes of training. if i can match the tin i can make the die set to go with it. tomorrow i have to go to a company called elite engineering to collect a die set that uses thai foils, been 6 weeks waiting .as you see the tart dishes all look the same.
