Fact, Preecha is undergoing a revamp of sorts, some areas might close for a period of time. one of the problems as I understand it talking to friends is the sheer amount of traffic and the congestion it is causing. As we all know infrastructure planning is not a stron point here at all, normally build and see what happens. Then wait an time and see if it gets better , if not panic !
