thanks for the ideas of placement over the weekend chaps, a couple of very good places to be at, the van now complete with all the pretty bits done and ready to rock and roll, so now need the plan to sell naan from the van to fans :D . the van with bells and whistles on, plus a pic of chilled filled naan breads, Indian chicken, and chicken ham mayo

Dean, everything looks good. The naan bread sandwiches especially so. Below is a link to a post I've put out about your new enterprise.

Naan sandwiches, a fresh baked flatbread infused with yogurt and garlic, warm soft and chewy , best when fresh as you get a little crunch on the outside, mainly seen in Indian restaurants for mopping up gravy . the very best news is I can find nothing that don't taste out of place in one, bacon lettuce and tomato one for my breakfast this morning . forgot to say ,we will also be making sub rolls white or brown. loki the closest thing to it would be a quesadilla with thicker bread but with a myriad of different filling, and yes probably will do quesadilla too. a bit of a small problem at the moment though, the other day I decided I was superman and lifted a large gas bottle with one hand,it was a bit of a stretch to reach it and I lifted a leg to balance myself, something went pop in my lower back and now I'm walking around like john wayne, four days now lots of pain ,very little sleep. I should have known better, and I now I'm not superman now  . this week I will be trolling the streets, and checking out sports venues to find out the best places and times, should be fun with a bad back :(
