was gazing into the freezer today wondering what to make tomorrow for lunch, well decided to have lamb/chicken again with loads of roasts and Yorkshire pudding ... but what I did spot was some white fish and some spinach , so I think I will make a kind of fish pie with a cream sauce, should look something like this. not many recipes so make up one myself, but a question before I do, what do you recon to adding a bit of cheese to it ?, but i'm not sure about putting white fish with cheese ?

I used to have boil in the bag fillet of fish with a cheesy parsley sauce from Waitrose in the UK, I thought it was delicious and the combination of ingredients worked well together.
ND would be inclined to add a bit of cheese to the white fish sauce if I could cook.
ND...........................

glad you liked them panic, just need to order more skins from bkk. never really made any before, well I did but complete fail. but was given some skins and advice from a customer that make his own. the ones you tried are old English breakfasts but I used smoked bacon in them for a twist. as soon as I get to make more I will try other recipes, but I will be up to the customers so I will go with their votes. also the packaging seems right at the moment, very convenient 4pk . hopefully I can get the smaller skins and I should start producing in the next couple of weeks. prices should be around 240-250 per kg and i'm hoping to have 2-3 recipes ,Lincolnshire , breakfast and pork and leek, but that will have to wait until more skins are here.

knackered, up this morning at 3 am for a run to KK hospital for a check up. need sleep soon |-) . tomorrow roast lamb again, seems like I have been doing lamb for weeks, but it's what the guy's love so who am I to complain . I've had no luck finding turkey for Christmas , but cracking on with all the rest of it, mince pies, Christmas puds ect. but won't be the same without turkey. I wonder if other establishments will continue with Christmas dinner ? could go for duck or goose, but not really keen on either
. anyway off for a cup of coco and a good nights beauty sleep
