Timing with Andy is important,catch him at the wrong time preparing roasts for customers and he then becomes a fuse

Kevin and Andy have added many new items to the menu which are posted on the wall as you walk in. Well worth a visit.
FWIW, the fish and chips was great!

Fish n chips will have to try sometime and new items on their menu,would be great for them to update their menu on FB,seems getting the answers on UM re the ending of the buffet but will still have a natter with Andy tomorrow

Little bit more help in training Kevs family to produce quality food,seems last Friday was busy as feck without buffet needed,has turned into a full blown social meet up area.more Thais coming and regular farangs now ordering from the menu or noticing the daily specials posted outside the entrance

No price quoted so free food for any balloon chasers,kev a very hospitable chap,remember he did the same last year.

Could then go onto jos ruysuk pool party afterwards and not have to go into town with crazed farangs throwing ice in water

Popped in today to drop off some lottery tickets for kevins large family,chose the horseshoe gammon 350g as opposed to the 500g gammon lump,no cans of Kopparberg on offer so bought a 33cl bottle for the wife as it is sweet and defo a ladies drink option 180 baht *****

So drinking decent redwine with my gammon steak 280 baht.the 500g steak is 340 baht if interested

Steak n kidney pie to take away 190 baht,filling pie ++)(* ,better than irish clock option IMO

Checkbin was 790 baht and decent tip given,always relaxed at Gallery

Today my dining companion n i enjoyed the fish n chips and the Gammon at the Gallery .. alas an afternoon meeting so no booze, LOVE THIS PLACE.

interested your further comments on the Kopparberg cider options , indeed only bottles n draft being imported now as cans were stopped at the last round of tax increases making them non cost effective .. pleased to say tho Max at BH has just taken delivery of another 3 kegs of the NON SELLING Kopparberg Apple on Tap if you fancy a change IT

Good to see Max selling Kopparberg pints like hotcakes in Udon,you need to get the draft in more places in Bangkok and Patts,checked a few bizs and they still sell with Guinness,the magners draft,some have it as a third option but if selling like hotcakers in a supposed big spending expat community here then you are missing business opportunites in towns/cities that would have an even bigger amount of big spending expats.
As said before once Geordie Val commits to changing from Magners to Kopparberg then I will feel the need to change ++)(* ,anyway food is good in Gallery,like your dig at me on UM but strange posting times

180 baht for 33cl bottle was higher than expected,magners cans were in stock there,not sure price,maybe 220 baht but wanted a 500ml can to go with the Horseshoe 350g Gammon

Anyway Gallery does not charge corkage for wine, and businesses in town with the same idea,gets my business
