just a heads up on a couple of things , first Rib eye steaks out of stock until Saturday. Plenty of striploin though. and tomorrow making hot cross buns an English custard tarts, and sorry ran out of potato bake today so I will make more for tomorrow.

Good morning udon. today is hot cross bun day, me being all Christian and that cant do it tomorrow as the Sabbath . also on todays list of things to be done, English custard tarts , English brown bread and a potato bake. and bonus time ...free doughnuts for coffee and tea drinkers , buy one tea or coffee and eat as many doughnuts as you can

limited edition mate, already down to only 4 packs left used my last orange/lemon peel from the uk for these. but for sweet tooth's we have some very nice mini fruit crumbles, banoffee pies. and if I have time maybe a few vanilla slices will get made. oh fruit trifle for tomorrow and chicken and mushroom pies to be done.(all slimming products of course )
this heat and a 200c oven are getting to me. oh if you do manage to find your way out to the far reaches of the udon galaxy ...I got 3lt of fresh pineapple juice in the fridge
