Work Place Health and Safety Act: you'll need a ramp to get up to the place, for the bad knee old codgersrealbigmonkey wrote:Well after being moaned at , harassed ,getting my ear bent, rocks thrown at me. threats of violence including a Chinese burn and a sexual harassment situation to deal with . time to spill the beans . on the move again .. oh well.. not for another month yet. get the keys on the first of next month and will be a while to fix it up as looking pretty sad at the moment . but basically see how it will go .
HANSA CLUB HOUSE(which for the fun of it I call "club Tropicana " which sadly is going to stick  )
we will be staying on the same path of bakery goods, not broke so don't fix it, but advantages are for the business
1. much easier place to find
2. quiet relaxed area, no busy traffic and dust
3. unlimited easy parking, best bonus ++)(*
4. large open plan seating area with very high ceilings so very cool even on hot days.
what we want to do is.
1. make great pies and pasties , bread , cakes plus a nice cuppa tea
what we won't be doing .
1.pool table
2. 53 different types of sports on TV
3. hot chicks serving beer
4.ladyboys
so here's a pic ..looking run down and sad . but make a great bakery
if you cant find parking here. your blind

I will get a map sorted but it's quite simple , go passed the Honda bigwing on the ring road and head towards kut chap , I think there is a sign there saying Hansa 1.5 km. now the easy part ,you come to a Tesco on your left and a mini Big C on your right. turn right through the big arches and we are 200m down the road on the right . and good news is it's much easier from the southern side to get to us as people can come clockwise rather than go through the fun traffic at the nong khai junctionHamlay wrote:Wow looks great paps.
