British sandwich week. What a wonderful idea.

The 4th Earl seems like the kind of guy who would feel at home among modern day British ex-pats in Thailand.

Ok lads all sorted , this sunday we will have a little opening bash , nothing fancy , but a free lunch. ploughman's buffet that is . pork pies ,sausage rolls ,ham ,cheese ,bread ,pickles and salad. hope to see a few of you this coming sunday. pork pies ready today ++)(*

Any chance of a sort of an opening party part two in a couple of weeks? I like balloons

went well yesterday , my hangover tells me so :puke: . the salad bar was well received and we managed to eat our way through 40 pork pies,80 slices of ham and a few pounds of cheese and beetroot chutney. Also cheese has arrived , nice selection too, Dutch Gouda , Edam , Emmenthaler, Gruyere, Appenzella, Tilsiter plus cheddar which we cut to order (200g 100b ) . Also spoke to Nobi about making a small breakfast sausage . I do have to say , his products do compliment my bakery products. some very happy locals on Hansa village who have shown great support too ++)(* .
anyway I will get some pics uploaded later because I know your all bored and just want to see pictures of food

we supply a balloon with every pork pie if you want

He also packed some sausages in mixed packs so you can try different sausages, paprika and curry wurst

plus a fine selection of cheeses

glad you enjoyed. yes that will be our sunday special from now on. salad will change from time to time as I like trying new items, i'm going to work the price out and i'm going to add soup and maybe a small dessert/cake. hope to see you next week
