In the old movies they used to say, "A good cast is worth repeating." How about photos of good food are worth repeating. ++)(*

Finally made it over, since almost in the area, and picked up a few things. The scotch egg and regular potato salad didn’t make it out of the car, as we did some errands and polished them off. The scotch egg, completely foreign and enjoyable by myself and Ree. Tested the curry salad in the shop, very nice indeed. Just had the yank bacon for breakfast, tasty, though my stomach may have issue with the pepper, since I never use in house when cooking, and thank you very much for the sample. Gem will enjoy the rest when she wakes.

The cheesecake has nice flavor, though twice the filling for twice the price might be better, as not competing with crust to be appreciated. Nice thick texture and tasty.

Tested the smoked ham at the shop, marketing, and excellent ham. Better and cheaper than crap at lotus/paris ham/and not full of water. Processed ham lose 50 % when fried up for an egg sandwich. Dean’s is all meat :?: . Maybe a nice hoagie later today. ++)(*

Some beef sausages made it to the freezer, test them later next week. Will definitely make the extra little effort when in the area again and pop in. easy to find w/parking. 8-)

good morning lads, what am i doing up at 6.30 a.m?just enjoying the freash morning and a nice cup of tea.jingjai, got more cheesecake done, and got a sh#t load of ham in last night.took the advice of a customer and sliced a couple of 1/2 inch thick slabs, poached a couple of egg and stuffed them in a couple of english muffins, had to skip the cheese for health reasons....big mistake was thinking i could eat two of them  ,more chicken tikka pasties made aswell jingjai, the 30 baht tubs of mixed salad are going down well with the locals beetroot, potato salad and italian pasta chicken salad..3 tubs for 90baht.
i've always tried to go with the flow with customers and it seems like they all like to come and have coffee and a chat in the morning, only problem is i need more seating, thats not such a bad thing though.anyway enjoy your day everybody.
