Getting low on supplies,will you ever put a greek salad on your goods for sale,you like them I understand and am partial to an occasional one myself but lazy to do :dance:

Sadly no greek salads at mine , prefer to get greek people to make mine .plenty of potato salad though. fully stocked up except apple pie which we will make today. in fact the wife tells me i'm very busy today. and I thought I just had to put the cream cheese on the carrot cake

fresh mini scotch eggs today, plus steak and ale pies and apple pies this afternoon

My mouth is salivating at the prospect of these delicious wonderfully cooked cuisine , bordering on the gourmet gastronomic delights soon to be available at this centre of culinary excellence !

Are you completely moved over to Hansa ? Or can still buy wares at old place / house ?

May be popping in for a visit in few weeks, as in the area.

Completely moved to Hansa now , turned out to be a very good move .sadly because of a huge increase in sales of pies and baked goods we can't get the time for the restaurant so that is on hold . although I will be building a snack bar in the seating area away from the bakery , hot pies ,sausage rolls etc. maybe sandwiches too. we do need staff but their simply too unreliable when your in manufacturing . Anyway will be good to catch up , been a while .

I see your bakery is still shrouded in a bit of mystery in the Bakers in Udon thread on the darkside. I think some of the newbie posters are old hands having some fun.

yes we try to keep low key ...look what happens just when I get mentioned . even if it is "where is he " seems to cause issues. more than likely another aussie pie seller putting in the wooden spoon in the pot. pathetic
