Very busy day today.
Potato salad with dill pickles 350g 50b
Bacon and sweet pepper pasta salad 300g 30b
spicy meatballs in tomato sauce 400g 80b
English dark brown bread 700g 95b
soft floured baps 4pk 50b (sandwich or burgers go well in these)
and also going to make more chicken tikka masala as sold out already, but I will get it ready for lunchtime special, curry ,rice and an naan bread for 150b.
meanwhile I will return to my job of chief plate washer and general dogs body. those plates don't clean themselves ya know.

it was going to be just a special today . but not only did it sell very well I was given orders for next Friday ,two guys ordering 10 each for take home ,and a thai lady that said she didn't like tikka masala in the uk ,she ordered steak and kidney pie with mushy peas , but as soon as she tried a bit of the tikka she wanted one for take home. so I will keep it as one of the ones we stock. but keeping to the bistro concept I think that might be our Friday lunch meal.

Just making some cheese and onion pies for the veggie mob. then test the Christmas mincemeat out. I think I've gone tikka..can't stop eating it ,so breakfast it was then

Difficult decisions ? just made pulled pork but no idea of which way to go . Do I go with BBQ pasties or peppered pork pasties ? and then of course I will have to make a few chicken tikka pasties . looks like pasty day it is then

Got to be BBQ for pork all the way. Peppering should be for steak.
Chicken Tikka from pulled pork could be too much of a challenge

Odd although I like pulled pork ,and I have some wicked jalapeno BBQ sauce ,for some reason i'm not a big fan of them together and I have no idea why ?
the peppered pulled pork pie (try saying that fast) I liked much more, yes it did taste like a steak slice. Nice easy day today ,fully stocked with just some sausage rolls to make

Good morning , wife is busy making apple pies , and i'm going to have to make more chicken tikka . got an urge for the chicken and naan bread ..at 8am ***** . am I turning Indian ? ,and another batch of mince pies too
