Cornish pasty day (oggi) for those that like big eats. chicken tikka with naan for the more exotic, mince pies(making a rod for my own back) and Chelsea buns.
then off to the bike fest later

mince pies again today , popular as ever. chicken and mushroom pies fresh today too. the fun part of baking ? you can get apple pie filling, mix it with a bit of Christmas mincemeat and bingo you got apple strudel

Busy morning ,pumpkin pie time 100's or portions to be made. plus some for my customers too but if you fancy a light lunch we can still make chicken tikka and naan

Saturday steak day . pork chicken or beef , roast potatoes ,3 veg, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. 12 noon onwards .
