the bacon seems spot on,got black pudding to put in a sub tomorrow,some greedy guy asked if i can make a bap the size of a dustbin lid ***** ,my new supplier has a list of products longer than list of my ex wives :lol: ,hes got gammon hourseshoes,whole hams. apparently everything including the kitchen sink,only takes two days to get here,but take it easy lads i need to get a couple more freezers in first,the lady over the road is doing a roaring trade in chang export and big leos too...50baht including free ice and plastic cup ,the guy in the recycle tuk tuk will soon be able to buy a new pickup good for them ,seems i'm creating a community where even other local people benifit from me being there. my idea just to have a small bakery for local people with down to earth prices is benifiting everybody..it's nice to be nice and all that.

Missus said I am a little mao after tonights BBQ (think she means pissed) and should not go on puter tonight so will need to read twice before pressing button.

Snags (Deans fat Pork sausages) went down a treat at tonights BBQ with all of the trimmings fried onion by the wife and with a few extras from my favourite Master Chef "Pappa Falang"

Thanks for the great coleslaw, potato salad and yummy beetroot (yah just cannot beat a ROOT) and thats not likely for me tonight hmmm and maybe a little longer I suspect.

Speaking of 50 baht beers correct me if I am wrong but I think I spotted some fresh eggs whilst having a leak in your dunny a couple of days ago and I want a fried egg with BBQ sauce on my next sub (oops maybe I should say I would like).

pissed up posting a game we have all tried,can be funny, can be confusing,can be a nightmare

up late again,but off to the bakery soon to make english muffins for bubba.i will make extra for bacon ,cheese muffins for breakfast today... yum yum.talking of bubba,made him blueberry cheesecake last week,he orderd more yesterday and i forgot to ask "are you selling well or just eating well" :lol:

Bacon's spot on!!! Went well with the fresh "Wholemeal" loaf .... not to mention the bread pudding (Deans secret stash that wasn't for sale :x )
