I'm really into part baked bread at the moment. Finished off in the oven at home so its really fresh & warm when I want to eat it.
Have you thought about making this sort of bread Papa?

Well I better start advertising again. Tomorrow is roast dinner buffet.. Stuffed roast pork, roast chicken or a new Zealand beef steaks, roast potatoes, mixed veg ,Yorkshire puddings. Or if you fancy you could try a steak and ale pie with mushy peas and gravy. maybe a giant oggie (only available @ papa pies).The wife has just finished making pork pies but she only made 80 so be quick. many baked pie products that are not available anywhere else in Thailand. open 12 noon

I made Toum yesterday to try with the naan sandwiches, I thought I might have overdone the garlic, but apparently you should leave it a day or so for it to calm down a bit. But as garlic sauce goes it's the dogs bollocks , I spread it on toast this morning and awesome garlic bread was the result. I like it ..a lot. Also it will go well in a marinade to for chicken from what I've read
