Well we.have two meals a week here and the customers are putting the pressure on me for a third meal and burgers seem like an easy option as we stock black Angus beef burgers,we make burger buns and sell cheese, so it's not exactly rocket science. The Philly cheese burger would be my personal choice. The grill plate is now in place so I think Thursday could be penciled in

Guys, I just made one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever eaten. Instead of using a traditional hamburger bun, I used the larger round croissants from Big-C bakery and grilled them on one side with butter for just a few seconds. I bought beef burgers from Cheese To Meet You and remixed them with a bit of ground pork, cooked them in a convection oven and topped them with American cheese from the same place. Used mayo on one side of the bun and Dijon mustard on the other side with real lettuce and tomato in between. The taste was spectacular!
Croissants would make an interesting burger for sure, but brioche I think would be the way to go

Are there any plans to get toasted koala on the menu? Apparently they're now all over Oz. Perhaps aim for a koala pie.
