Saturday lunch originally was based on about 16 customers ,last week ended up 32 of them . That was hard work. Virus don't seem to have any effect on people's appetite either. Hate to have to explain simple business practices but. The reason it's on Saturdays rather than Sunday is two fold, one sometimes some people can't make it out on Sundays for lunch , second reason is I don't clash with other friends operating Sunday lunches, simply put ,there is no competition for Saturday roast :happy-partydance:

First tray of steak and kidney pies just out the oven, sorry out of frozen ones so you'll just have to deal with fresh ones :smileylaughing:

Fresh burger buns and soft baps now out the oven and cooling

I just got some tikka mayo,American mustard and piri piri sauce delivered, fried chicken sandwiches calling me, better wait until lunch time though, 4 am not a good time to eat
