Deans' apple puffs are the dogs' bollox!!!!!
Tried one the other day .... Puff pastry topped with a little caramelised sugar and a light drizzle of icing .... Stewed apple inside that was sweet but still a little sour <:>

i seem to remember a bar on soi post office in patters that went by that name : you have to admit it is catchy :lol: but i'm probably not grasping the full english meaning :o
