Yes that's the one , I'm a late commer to this type of curry , even served it up with a poached egg on top. Many variations of it but yesterday was just the basic version . we all agreed its like Chinese curry meets chicken stew. Turned out to be yesterdays big seller as we completely sold out. Its bloody nice

Katsu curry sauce on fries would be lush :eusa-dance: . going to make another batch today, woke up thinking about it :smileylaughing:
