Oh well up early . Sunday lunch and the beef is slow cooking . fresh banoffee cream pie, cheesecakes and Christmas mince pies today.

Sunday lunch again tomorrow. The usual carvery beef ,chicken and pork . fresh potato salad with bacon bits and a tomato and potato salad with bacon .lots of fresh sausage rolls just made and endless trays of chicken pies. As Christmas is on the way I picked up a couple of extra beers to stock , Young's chocolate stout and old speckled hen @ 170b each.
Mince pie count - 473...so far in week 1,already sick of making them. Next batch of 13kg mincemeat ready for next week

Have enjoyed youngs chocolate stout,VM used to sell 159 baht but not seen for awhile,OSH is good to have as an option,priced competitively for both,Kev at the Gallery sells options but he has always priced cans from 200 baht upwards

Beer not really a big thing , just fancied having something different , man can not live on Chang alone .

One week left ,we still have some mince pies and I made some special Christmas puddings .orange ,apricot and walnuts.

Will wait a couple of days until after xmas and shop till i drop,one week to go for somchai santa in his samlor ,have a good one

Will need a turkey curry fix if any scraps left after the main day
